Rules of representation

1. In all non-financial matters, any member of the Management Board may make declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation acting alone.
2. In financial matters, declarations of will are made jointly by the President and the Vice-President of the Management Board.
3. If no Vice-President has been appointed, or in the event of temporary absence, resignation, dismissal or expiry of mandate, financial declarations are made jointly by two board members, one of whom is the President.
4. Where the board consists of one person, the President acts alone in financial matters.
