Management Board
In non-financial matters any board member may act alone. In financial matters the President and the Vice-President act jointly.
Adil Abdel Aati
Founder of the Foundation, Deputy Secretary-General of the African Democratic Alliance for Freedom and Progress (ADAFP), and economic adviser to Arab embassies in Poland 2005-2024. Trained as a journalist and political scientist, he has worked on Europe–Africa and Europe–Middle East cooperation for over two decades.
Wioletta Gejer
Wioletta Wiesława Gejer is a Polish entrepreneur and social activist. In the fpundation she is responsible for the Warsaw Royal Club, Warsaw Royal Chamber and Elite Med Care programmes, for partner relations and for the Foundation's events in Warsaw.
Foundation Council
The supervisory body. Its members receive no remuneration for serving on it.
Katarzyna Marczak-Grochowalska
Katarzyna Barbara Marczak-Grochowalska is a Polish entrepreneur and social activist based in Warsaw. She is active in the real estate sector and social organizations; she has served, among other roles, as Vice-President of the Senior in the Crown Foundation, and since 2024 has been a member of the council of Diplomacy and Business Foundation.
Advisers
Adil Abdelwahab
An international executive with more than two decades in banking, investment promotion and international business. From 2020 he headed the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) Foreign Trade Office in Dubai. Previously Chief Operating Officer at Crédit Agricole Bank Polska, with senior roles at Bank BPH and Aviva. He is currently International Development Director at FitInvest International, part of the Benefit Systems Group. MBA — London Business School / HEC Paris; MSc in Engineering and Architecture — Warsaw University of Technology. He works in Arabic, English and Polish.
