Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms govern the use of https://dbf-global.org and participation in events organised by Diplomacy & Business Foundation, ul. Nowy Świat 54/56 lok. 30, 00-363 Warsaw.

2. Free events

Participation in the PAKR Congress is free of charge and requires registration confirmed by the Organiser. The Organiser may verify applications and may decline an application without stating a reason.

3. Paid events

For paid events, the price, payment method and cancellation conditions are stated in the description of the event. Consumers have the rights arising from the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, subject to the exceptions that Act provides for services connected with leisure and cultural events held on a specified date.

4. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to office@dbf-global.org and are answered within 14 days of receipt.

Content published on this site belongs to the Foundation or is used under the rights it holds. Commercial reproduction requires consent.

These terms require review by counsel and completion with payment conditions before any ticket or invitation sales begin.
