Why now

Polish companies looking at African markets meet the same obstacle every time: there is no permanent institutional counterpart. Public support works project by project, and relationships with African chambers are rebuilt from scratch with every mission. On the other side the picture is a mirror image — an African entrepreneur looking for a partner in Poland has no single address to write to.

The Chamber is built to close that gap: one organisation, standing membership, permanent working relationships with partner chambers in Morocco, Egypt, Ghana, Senegal, Botswana and beyond, and an institutional memory that does not disappear when a project ends.

What we do

  • Membership for Polish and African companies, with counterparty verification before any introduction is made
  • Cooperation agreements with chambers of commerce and investment agencies in partner states
  • Inbound and outbound economic missions, including the missions attached to the PAKR Congress
  • Sector studies and market profiles prepared on members' instructions
  • Representation of members' interests before public institutions in Poland and abroad

Who it is for

  • Polish exporters and companies in construction, agri-food, energy and technology
  • African entrepreneurs and investment groups seeking European Union partners
  • Chambers of commerce, investment agencies and diplomatic missions

The Chamber is in formation. The Polish designation “izba gospodarcza” is governed by the Act of 30 May 1989 on Chambers of Commerce; the legal form and final name will be confirmed on registration.
