ELITE MED CARE is an international private medical and concierge programme, created for people who expect a high standard of treatment, individual attention, comfort and a fully organised stay.
We work exclusively with verified physicians, experienced specialists and carefully selected clinics in Poland and Morocco. Every specialist and every facility is matched individually to the needs of the client — never assigned by rota, and never on the basis of who pays us the most.
What distinguishes the programme is not a list of procedures. It is a single accountable point of contact that carries the client from the first enquiry to the return flight home: medical review, choice of specialist, written quotation, travel, accommodation, language support, treatment, recovery and follow-up.
ELITE MED CARE is not a medical provider. It does not treat, diagnose or prescribe, and it does not interfere in clinical judgement. It selects, verifies, negotiates, coordinates and accompanies — so that the client deals with one organisation instead of six.
The programme is operated under the Diplomacy & Business Foundation, a foundation registered in Poland and headquartered in Warsaw, which gives it institutional standing, an international partner network and a governance framework independent of any single clinic.
The name states the standard we hold ourselves to, and the four words at the end of this profile state the order of our priorities: health first, then excellence, then comfort, and discretion throughout.
Most medical travel operators move clients in one direction. ELITE MED CARE runs the corridor in both: the same selection criteria, coordination protocol and single point of contact apply whether the client is flying into Poland or out of it.
In every one of the six cities the Foundation works on the basis of agreements with three established clinics and with a selected group of hotels and restaurants. The cap is deliberate: three clinics per city covers our specialisations and guarantees availability, while keeping each partner individually accountable.
The scope of our services is not limited to the specialisations listed above. Depending on the client's needs we also arrange access to other physicians and fields of medicine, recommending specialists and facilities that meet the ELITE MED CARE standard.
Private clients seeking treatment, aesthetic procedures or advanced dentistry inside the European Union, with the entire stay arranged and a coordinator who speaks their language.
Clients who want the procedure and the convalescence in one journey: treatment followed by recovery in a warm climate on the Atlantic coast, out of the Central European winter.
Organisations requiring executive diagnostics, absolute discretion and a single administrative counterpart for scheduling, invoicing and reporting.
Spouses, parents and children travelling with the client, for whom the accommodation, transport and leisure programme is organised in parallel with the medical calendar.
Seven stages, one coordinator, one file. The client is never asked to repeat their history, chase a clinic or negotiate in a language they do not speak.
One channel, one coordinator. A confidential intake conversation establishes what the client needs, in which language, and within what timeframe. No obligation, no cost.
Records and imaging go to the appropriate partner specialist, who issues a written opinion on feasibility, method and expected recovery. Where a case is not suitable for travel, we say so.
A named clinic, a named specialist, a treatment plan, a fixed quotation and a calendar — issued before any commitment is made and before any travel is booked.
Dates, hotel, private transfers, an on-site language resident, and the parallel programme for an accompanying family member.
The client is accompanied to every appointment. The coordinator holds the line between clinic and client throughout, including any change to the plan.
Post-procedure accommodation, follow-up visits, rehabilitation and — where the treating physician confirms it is appropriate — a leisure programme fitted to the client's condition.
Discharge documentation in the client's language, remote follow-up with the treating specialist, and an orderly handover to the physician at home.
In each destination we place a resident who speaks the client's language and is physically present for the stay: at the airport, at the consultation, at the clinic on the day of the procedure, and on call afterwards.
Partner status is not bought. A facility that wishes to join is assessed against fixed criteria before any commercial discussion begins, and remains subject to review for the duration of the contract.
ELITE MED CARE does not guarantee a clinical result, and no serious operator can. Medical decisions belong to the treating physician, who is responsible for the treatment; our responsibility is the quality of the selection, the accuracy of the information and the conduct of everything around the treatment. We make no comparative claims about the superiority of one physician or facility over another.
ELITE MED CARE remains a fully independent brand. Clinics take no share in it and are not asked to invest in it. They purchase access to a partner programme and jointly finance the acquisition of international clients.
| Term | Structure |
|---|---|
| Contract | 12 months, renewable for a further 12 (24 months in total). |
| Partner Marketing Fee | PLN 25,000 / year |
| Equivalent | Approximately PLN 2,083 per month. Payable annually or quarterly. |
| Status granted | ELITE MED CARE — Selected Medical Partner, with city and country designation. |
| Equity | None. No shareholding, no option, no claim on the brand. |
A client is directed to a clinic on the basis of specialisation, clinical need, location, availability and standard — never because that clinic paid more. Partnership buys access to the channel and to the coordination system. It does not buy priority over clinical suitability, and we say so to partners and clients alike.
We do not promise a defined number of patients before the programme has produced its own data. What is sold is participation in the network and the operation of an international channel — not a sales guarantee.
We do not admit several clinics of the same specialisation in one city. Limited category exclusivity is what makes the annual fee defensible: the partner is not buying a place in a directory, it is buying a position. A third place in each city is held for diagnostics, or for a specialisation not covered by Categories A and B.
| City | Category A | Category B |
|---|---|---|
| Warsaw | Advanced Dentistry | Plastic Surgery / Aesthetic Medicine |
| Kraków | Advanced Dentistry | Orthopaedics / Recovery |
| Gdańsk | Dentistry / Aesthetic Medicine | Rehabilitation / Recovery |
| Morocco | Casablanca, Marrakesh and Agadir are allocated on the same principle as the Moroccan network is contracted, so that no two partners in one city compete for the same client. | |
Partner fees are not profit. They form the working budget from which the international marketing, the platform, the client-facing materials, the campaigns and the brand are financed.
| Partners | Annual partner budget | What it funds |
|---|---|---|
| 6 | PLN 150,000 | Multilingual platform, core materials, first foreign-market campaigns. |
| 10 | PLN 250,000 | Sustained campaigns across several markets, a permanent coordination team. |
| 12 | PLN 300,000 | Full system development, presence at international events, preparation for expansion. |
Fixed and annual, business-to-business, invoiced against a defined package of deliverables.
Charged to the client independently of the clinic: coordination, language resident, transfers, accommodation, companion programme.
Marketing, enquiry qualification, translation and administration, priced and invoiced to partners as identifiable services.
Amounts are stated in Polish złoty; currency equivalents are indicative and established at the rate applicable on the invoice date.
Medical services are a regulated field in both jurisdictions, and how a medical-travel operator is structured matters as much as what it sells. The programme is designed around the following constraints.
Under Article 14(1) of the Act of 15 April 2011 on Medical Activity, an entity performing medical activity makes public information about the scope and types of health services it provides, and the content and form of that information may not have the characteristics of advertising. Breach is a petty offence under Article 147a §2 of the Code of Petty Offences and may engage professional liability. Since 1 January 2025 the amended Code of Medical Ethics (Article 71) allows a physician to give information about the services offered, provided it complies with medical ethics — a narrower permission than a general right to advertise.
Consequence: international communication is conducted by ELITE MED CARE as a concierge and coordination operator, in an informational register, and the partner contract is a service agreement with itemised deliverables rather than a patient-referral arrangement.
A simple “percentage commission on each procedure” clause is to be avoided. Remuneration is tied to identifiable, priced and documented services — marketing, enquiry handling, translation, coordination, administration — rather than to the fact that a patient was sent. Both contracts are drafted with counsel qualified in medical-activity and advertising law in the relevant jurisdiction before signature.
Law No. 131-13 of 19 February 2015 on the practice of medicine governs clinics and physicians. Practising medicine as a commercial undertaking is treated as illegal practice, and Article 107 renders void certain profit-sharing arrangements involving physicians. Moroccan partner agreements are therefore constructed as service and hospitality coordination contracts and reviewed by Moroccan counsel.
Health data is a special category of personal data under Article 9 GDPR. Processing rests on the client's explicit consent, is limited to what the treating specialist requires, and is governed by a written processing agreement with each partner facility. Processing carried out in Morocco additionally falls under Law No. 09-08 and the supervision of the CNDP.
The model is designed to be repeated. Once Poland and Morocco are operating, further partner countries can be added on identical terms — without transferring any share of ELITE MED CARE to anyone.
Each new country arrives with its own partner budget, and the corridor logic multiplies: every market added is both a source of clients and a destination for them.
| Phase | Scope | Content |
|---|---|---|
| I | Poland network | Partner recruitment in Warsaw, Kraków and Gdańsk; category allocation; the multilingual platform; first campaigns in Western Europe and the Gulf. |
| II | Moroccan corridor | Partner clinics and hospitality agreements in Casablanca, Marrakesh and Agadir; outbound campaigns in Poland, Ukraine and Central Europe; the corridor operating in both directions. |
| III | Additional countries | Spain, Türkiye and the Gulf as the natural next partner markets, admitted on the same contract, the same criteria and the same fee architecture. |
Established private facilities in the six cities, in the categories set out on page 08, prepared to work to written plans and fixed quotations for foreign clients.
Hotels, residences and restaurants able to accommodate a client in recovery and an accompanying family, with privacy and discretion as a condition.
Embassies, chambers of commerce, insurers, employers and diaspora organisations whose members travel for treatment and need one accountable counterpart.
ELITE MED CARE operates as a programme of the Diplomacy & Business Foundation, registered in Poland and based in Warsaw. The Foundation provides the legal seat, the governance framework, the international network and the convening platform; the programme retains full operational and brand independence from every clinic in the network.
