Polish–African Development Congress (PAKR)

The Polish–African Development Congress (PAKR) is the flagship event platform of the Diplomacy & Business Foundation.

The Congress brings together representatives of governments, diplomatic missions, international organizations, businesses, and experts to discuss economic cooperation, development challenges, entrepreneurship, and the role of diplomacy in shaping sustainable international partnerships between Poland and African countries.

PAKR functions as a space for:

  • diplomatic and institutional dialogue,

  • business and investment discussion,

  • exchange of experience and expertise,

  • development of long-term public–private partnerships.

The Congress reflects DBF’s belief that dialogue between diplomacy and business is essential for economic development, and that governmental and institutional decisions significantly influence the conditions in which economic cooperation takes place.
