The Diplomacy & Business Foundation operates in accordance with Polish law and its official statute.

The statute defines the objectives of the Foundation, its principles of operation, governance structure, and sources of financing. It provides the legal framework for DBF’s activities in Poland and abroad.

The statutory objectives of the Foundation include, among others:

• promoting a positive image of Poland internationally,

• supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic cooperation,

• advancing education and research in diplomacy and international relations,

• strengthening public–private and institutional dialogue,

• supporting civic, cultural, and economic diplomacy,

promoting democracy, the rule of law, and good governance.
